Padron Cigars were founded in 1964 by Jose Padron. Padron had moved to Miami from Cuba and after seven years Padron relocated to Nicaragua. Today after over 40 years to create the perfect cigar and more than 100 years of experience to create a legacy Padron understands the significance of time.
The beginning was tough for Padron. Because of political unrest in Nicaragua that had taken over the country. Padron was forced to open a new factory in Honduras to shift some production and later moved all production there until Nicaragua was safe enough to return to. Through civil wars countless country conflicts and an embargo placed on Nicaragua in 1985 by the United states Padron has still been able to maintain the Pardon family passion. Padron cigars have been the main focus of the family which can be seen in the quality and ratings of the Padron cigars. Padron only delivers the finest handmade complex cigars with the flavor of the Cuban heritage which the Padron recipe was born. Padron's primary mission is exceptional quality not the quantity. That's why Padron strives to give you the Pardon cigar smoker confidence that each Padron cigar is made to the highest level of quality without ever changing.
This is just a small part of what has made Padron cigars well respected and revered throughout the cigar industry. Padron continues to achieve this by controlling every aspect of the Padron Cigar Company. there are no middle men. Padron handles their own production and distribution. From the classic Padron series to the Padron 1926 Anniversary series every cigar Padron makes fly off the shelves. They are by far on of the best selling cigars we have in our collection.
The Padron line is offered in Natural as well as Maduro wrappers. The tobacco used for the binder and filler are both Nicaraguan. So what are you waiting for.
